4. Photography Commissions

Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a booking.

A commission booking is only confirmed when:

  • We have agreed the scope of the work;
  • Any required deposit has been paid; and
  • Written confirmation has been provided.

Specific commission terms, including pricing, usage rights, delivery times and cancellation arrangements, may be agreed separately and will take precedence over these general website terms.

We reserve the right to decline commission requests at our discretion.

5. Online Shop and Print Sales

We sell photographic prints for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary between monitors and printed products.
  • Framed products may vary slightly from website images.
  • Minor variations in printing materials may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to amend prices, product descriptions and availability without notice.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • A pricing error has occurred;
  • Products are unavailable;

  • We are unable to fulfil the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please inspect your order promptly and notify us of any issues as soon as possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs where appropriate.

As many photographic prints are produced to order, personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or return except where faulty or not as described.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability arising from any purchase or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
